Pram-friendly doors

Or not... The trams in Zurich come in two types - old and new. The new ones are very easy to get on with a pram. The old ones are nigh on impossible. Check out these steps! (Note the sign showing that these are the doors for a pram)
I have on occasion waited for a new tram to come and after getting three old ones in a row given up. Then I have to choose someone who looks strong and ask for help in German (badly) to lift the pram into the tram. Then I have to ask again when I need to get off the tram. Most of the time I just use the sling or the carrier and bypass the problem altogether!
