Dominic's first birthday, part two: party time!

Having a one year-old child seemed like a good excuse to have a party, so that's what we did on the afternoon of Dominic's birthday. Of course, no party is complete without bubbles...

...and balloons...

...and lots of food...

...including traffic light jellies...

...and a (sugar-free) birthday cake. Dominic was fascinated by the flame. He hasn't seen much fire in his life so far.

I still can't help wondering where the last year has gone. During that time we've moved house (twice!) and our little newborn baby has been replaced by a playful, sociable, willful toddler.
